 Our ( lucca and lucas) midterm was a movie about a bird watcher who discovers a kidnapped person who has been lost for 3 years in the woods after he escaped his kidnapper. I had to research different features that we should incorporate in our movie introduction and i found that one of thee most important things we could implicate to really emphases the thriller genre is lighting. Lighting as a struggle though, because sense we were outside we couldn't get the lighting to cooperate really well and it was too bright outside to really show the darkness of the situation.i wanted the lighting to almost feel like the movie where the the woods Tuens darker maybe even more foggy like in this image below. I think to better replicate this effect we needed to shoot later in the day to capture what I think is a better suiting scenery.To elevate our movie I was thinking of implicating more wilderness aswell. i want for it to feel truly isolated and give that effect to the audience that no...

Our (lucca and Lucas) movie we worked on for our midterm was called the bird watcher .  It's  about a nerdy guy named Eric who goes to a huge natural park and on the trail signs he sees a missing person poster but  doesn't  think too much of it. He travels deep into the woods looking for new birds he  hasn't  seen before. On his search he finds multiple birds using his binoculars but then it starts to get later in the day and now there is no trail just a small dirt path. As he tries to find his way back but then he stumbles upon R ay  Capulto  the missing person he saw on the poster at the beginning of the park. Eric freaks out and starts stumbling back as he trips on a twig and gives out his location to the missing person freaking out Eric and scares him so much he runs away.
