week 1 our movie

Our (lucca and Lucas) movie we worked on for our midterm was called the bird watcher. It's about a nerdy guy named Eric who goes to a huge natural park and on the trail signs he sees a missing person poster but doesn't think too much of it. He travels deep into the woods looking for new birds he hasn't seen before. On his search he finds multiple birds using his binoculars but then it starts to get later in the day and now there is no trail just a small dirt path. As he tries to find his way back but then he stumbles upon Ray Capulto the missing person he saw on the poster at the beginning of the park. Eric freaks out and starts stumbling back as he trips on a twig and gives out his location to the missing person freaking out Eric and scares him so much he runs away.

  while making the story bored, the biggest thing that I change from the last one was the title card.I came up with the idea that a bird should fly through the title slowly transitioning it into to Eric looking through hid binoculars I though of this because of the movie spider man from 2002 where the webs come shooting at the screen leading to different kinds of transitions and created such a cool effect that when the first time I saw it I knew I had to do something like that. . As you can see we kept a lot the the scenes inside the house but we wanted to shorten them because it took way to much time so we decided to cut the digging of Eric putting in his shoes.
